The cloth covered boards have been daubed with watercolour, decorated with hand cut, scrumpled and torn lettering, a collage of illustrations, a crotcheted doily (!), etc. The text is mimeographed on unbleached paper, with a CD in a decorative slipcase with a recital by the author.
