The letters are between the gnome Salmankar, Astaroth (Grand Duke of Hell) himself, the Ondin (merman - as in mermaid, but male, that is) Kacuka, the silph Oromasis or the studious ben Kipber and the wise cabalist, Abukibak; a few between the adventurers Passerano and La Hode; others between the Cardinal De Bissy and the Bishop of Montpellier; others between the Jesuits Hardouin and Jérome Xavier. Some corners bumped and slight rubbing on the spines, but a most attractive set in a period binding.
