This newsletter serves as a precursor to the magazine 'Barquitos de San Juan', and it appears that only this single issue was published, although the numbering of their children’s publications was not exactly the Vigía team’s strong point: according to the Vigía bibliography ‘Andar sobre la Luz’, issue 3 of the magazine Barquitos was also published in 1989 (we have not seen this one), a year before Year 1, No. 1, of May 1990. This collection of children’s poems that we are offering follows the design of Fayad Jamís’s' Con Tanto Palos edition', with poetry sheets reproduced on a mimeograph machine, presented in a food bag. Very scarce. We could not find any copies in WorldCat (not even in the Library of Congress!). A very good copy.
