This is one of the first Vigia editions to be produced by risograph printer, rather than a mimeograph machine. This change, which coincided with the gradual end of the Periodo Especial, marks a movement from the crude 'punk' look of the early Vigías, true bibliographic arte povere, imposed by circumstance and not design, to the more sophisticated designs of the later Vigías. The elaborate design of this edition still contains much of the earlier roughness, with the ragged edged coloured papers of the cover, while incorporating the clearer lines of the risograph; the mimeograph stencils had become very old and over-used, and some of the pages were very nearly illegible. I would find it very hard to know which period, or which printing technique is my favourite. The covers are decorated with a variety of torn coloured papers and lettering pieces, with pieces of woord and netting to make up a sailing boat. Text on unbleached wrapping paper, with collage decorations. some foxing on preliminaries. Signed by the author ("Regabla") on the first page. Design, illustrations and lettering by Rolando Estévez. Number 109 of 200 copies.
